Returns & Exchanges

At 218 Clothing + Gift, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original 218 Clothing + Gift tags attached before starting your request.

  Submit Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue an electronic gift card or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
